COVID-19 Precautions
Here’s how our office is handling the risks of coronavirus transmission:
- Following all CDC and AAOMS (American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons) guidelines and updates for personal protective equipment (PPE), employee monitoring, room disinfection and minimizing patient – employee – doctor interactions.
- Medical-grade air scrubbers used between each procedure; each room is sanitized with CDC-compliant disinfectants for the destruction of COVID-19.
- We order COVID-19 PCR testing for every surgical patient to minimize the risk of disease spread. This is in line with our local hospital (St. Charles) and surgery centers.
- Commitment to telemedicine visits, contact-less treatment planning and office paperwork so you can be prepared for your appointments without spending time in a waiting room.
